The Challenge
Nexora needed a unified platform to manage 24 active projects across multiple clients, coordinate team members (designers, developers, project managers, content writers), generate and track invoices, monitor revenue ($24.8K monthly) and expenses, and provide real-time project status updates — replacing scattered spreadsheets and disconnected communication channels.
Our Solution
We built a Next.js agency dashboard with kanban-style project boards (Planning, In Progress, Review, Completed), client relationship management with project history, team member management with role assignment, invoice generation with payment tracking, revenue and expense analytics, real-time activity feeds via WebSocket, and a React Native mobile app for project status checks, invoice previews, and team messaging on the go.
