The Challenge
LearnHub needed an all-in-one academy management platform that could handle 2,450+ students, 48 courses, live video classes with real-time chat, assignment grading workflows, automated test scheduling, and revenue tracking — all accessible from both desktop and a mobile companion app for administrators on the move.
Our Solution
We built a Next.js admin dashboard with real-time WebSocket enrollment feeds, Chart.js analytics for enrollment trends and course category breakdowns, a WebRTC-powered live class system with in-session chat and Q&A, automated assignment collection with grading workflows, and a React Native mobile companion app mirroring core dashboard metrics and live class schedules.
