The Challenge
EduSmart needed to digitize operations for a school with 1,248 students, 86 teachers, and 42 classes across multiple grades — managing daily attendance, exam scheduling, assignment collection and grading, fee collection with payment status tracking, event planning, and parent communication — replacing paper-based processes that consumed 15+ hours per week of administrative time.
Our Solution
We built a Next.js school management dashboard with real-time attendance tracking (present, absent, late with weekly trend charts), exam scheduling with grade-level filtering, assignment management with submission tracking, fee collection with paid/pending/overdue status and automated reminders, event calendar, notification system, and a React Native mobile app for administrators and teachers to manage students, attendance, and assignments on the go.
