A mobile app for personal trainers to manage their client roster, program workouts, track client progress across sessions, deliver form-check videos, and process session payments — all from their phone between coaching blocks.
The Challenge
Independent personal trainers were running their businesses across five apps — spreadsheets for programming, Instagram DMs for form check, Venmo for payments, Google Calendar for scheduling, Notes for progress. They needed one place to run everything, without a laptop.
Our Solution
We built a React Native app that unifies client roster, workout programming (drag-and-drop exercise builder), asynchronous video form-check with in-video annotation, session booking with automated reminders, and Stripe-powered session payments — with everything syncing to a Firebase backend for real-time collaboration between trainer and client.

Clients record themselves performing an exercise and upload the video in-app. Trainers open the video, draw annotations directly on the timeline (arrows, angles, notes), and record voiceover feedback. The annotated video is returned to the client within the app — no external file sharing required.
