The Challenge
EduPath's web-based LMS was losing mobile learners — 62% of their traffic was mobile but the responsive web experience had poor video playback, no offline capability, and a course completion rate of just 19% on phones compared to 71% on desktop.
Our Solution
We built a native mobile app with a personalized home feed ('What do you want to learn today?'), categorized course discovery (Design, Development, Business, Marketing), a 'Continue Learning' section with progress bars, full video lesson playback with speed controls and timestamped navigation, interactive quizzes after each module, a certificate gallery for completed courses, and offline download support for learning without connectivity. The 'My Courses' tab shows In Progress, Completed, and Wishlist views.
