AnalyticsHub — Business Intelligence Dashboard Platform

A self-serve business intelligence platform for SMB operators — connect any data source (Postgres, Stripe, HubSpot, Google Sheets), build dashboards with a visual query builder, share reports with your team, and get anomaly alerts on key metrics.

AnalyticsHub — Business Intelligence Dashboard Platform

The Challenge

SMB operators wanted Looker/Tableau-quality analytics without hiring a data team. Existing tools were either too simple (spreadsheet imports only) or too complex (SQL-first tools that require a data analyst). AnalyticsHub needed to hit the middle: connect anything, query visually, share instantly.

Our Solution

We built a Next.js dashboard platform with a visual query builder that generates SQL under the hood, connectors for Postgres, MySQL, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Sheets, cross-source joins via an in-memory query engine, real-time collaborative dashboards, and an anomaly detection service that alerts on statistically significant metric changes.

Results & Impact

Time-to-first-dashboard reduced from 3 days (Tableau) to 12 minutes
$180K in analyst salaries saved across first 40 SMB customers
Anomaly alerts caught 4 major revenue leaks in first 90 days of operation
Net Revenue Retention of 128% in first year

Frequently Asked Questions

Do users need SQL knowledge to use AnalyticsHub?

No. AnalyticsHub's visual query builder generates SQL from drag-and-drop operations — filter, group by, join, aggregate — without ever showing the query. Advanced users can drop into SQL mode for edge cases, but 87% of dashboards are built entirely visually.

How does AnalyticsHub handle joins across different data sources?

AnalyticsHub uses DuckDB as an in-memory query engine to join data across Postgres, MySQL, Stripe, HubSpot, and other connectors. Queries pull only the columns needed, join them in-memory, and cache results with automatic invalidation when source data changes.
